By exhibiting in Virtual Gallery by Contemporary Art Collectors, you at this moment agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Fee

You agree that all competition fees are non-refundable. If the exhibitor cancel their participation no refund will be issued.

Eligibility

Artists of all academic disciplines are welcome to apply, including painting, sculpture, video art, photography, and installation. 

Accepted Media

Painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, digital art, printing, NFT, and mixed media are eligible. 

Artwork Subject Matter

The artwork you upload will not include pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, or racist material.
If we find that the artwork you uploaded matches this criterion, we can withdraw your submission and refund you the participation fee.

Copyright Information

By submitting artworks for participation in Virtual Gallery, you are stipulating to us that you own the copyright to these artworks or have permission from the copyright holder to submit these artworks. 
You are granting Contemporary Art Collectors a non-exclusive license to show the artworks in the Virtual Gallery, publish your artworks on the Contemporary Art Collectors website, and publish these artworks on social media accounts connected to Contemporary Art Collectors.
Should you, for any reason, wish your artwork to be removed from the online art exhibition, website, or social media, we will do it immediately.
Please note that third parties, such as educational institutions or individuals, may download and save information and images from our website or any other websites with or without our knowledge.
Contemporary Art Collectors will have no control over such downloading and subsequent use and, therefore, cannot accept responsibility for any such use.

Catalogue

Digital exhibitors will be prominently featured in the FIABCN Digital Exhibitors Catalogue, with their presence being exclusively online and not included in the printed catalogue.

Changes

You can change submitted images and text only once; multiple changes of text and images are not allowed.

Sales

Participating artists are responsible for art sales made on Virtual Gallery, shipping and wrapping artwork to the buyers. Buyers contact artists directly to purchase the artwork.
We don't take any commission on all art sales.
Please note participating in Virtual Gallery does not guarantee a sale. We can not guarantee that all participants will sell artwork.

Social Media

Sharing artwork on our social media does not guarantee a lot of followers or fame.
