Terms and Conditions for Professional Art Critique
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Artist") and Contemporary Art Collectors ("Company") regarding the Professional Art Critique service. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Copyright
The Artist retains full copyright over the submitted artwork.
By submitting your artwork for the critique, you affirm that you either own the copyright to the artwork or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to submit the work.
The Artist grants Contemporary Art Collectors a non-exclusive, worldwide license to feature the submitted artwork in connection with the Professional Art Critique on its platform, for promotional purposes, and in other related materials.
Payment Terms
The fee for the Professional Art Critique is 275 euros, which must be paid in full upon submission.
All payments are non-refundable, including in cases where the Artist withdraws from the program after payment.
Submission Guidelines
Once the artwork is submitted for critique, no changes or substitutions can be made to the submitted work.
The Artist may request one update or modification to submitted materials (e.g., description, biography, or other supporting content), but no changes will be allowed to the artwork itself once the critique process begins.
Once the Professional Art Critique has been completed and delivered to the Artist, no changes or modifications can be made to the critique or the submitted artwork. The critique will be considered final and will be featured on the Contemporary Art Collectors platform as is.
Content Restrictions
Artworks containing pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, hate speech, racist material, or content that fuels ethnic violence will not be accepted.
The Company reserves the right to refuse critique services for any submission deemed inappropriate. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the Artist.
Delivery of Art Critique
Please note that it will take approximately two weeks to write your professional art critique and publish it on our website.
In-depth 1000-word Critique: Deep dive into your style, vision, and impact.
Please be aware that we may not provide a separate analysis for each of the 10 artworks.
The Artist will receive the critique via email, and it will be permanently featured on the Contemporary Art Collectors platform.
The Artist grants the Company permission to display the critique alongside their artwork on the platform.
Exclusivity and Promotion
The critique will remain permanently on the Contemporary Art Collectors platform, giving the Artist lifetime exposure to a global audience of art collectors, curators, and galleries.
The Artist is permitted to share, promote, and use the critique for personal promotion, exhibitions, and professional advancement, without restriction.
Limitation of Liability
Contemporary Art Collectors do not 100% guarantee outcomes from the Professional Art Critique service, such as increased sales, exhibitions, fame, or gallery representation. However, this service offers:

Global Exposure: Reach art enthusiasts and investors worldwide.
Enduring Legacy: Secure a lasting record of your artistic journey on our platform.
Termination
Contemporary Art Collectors reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Artist found in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Contemporary Art Collectors is based.
By applying for the Professional Art Critique service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
