Childhood:

Pure talents in colouring and watercolours are what they say about the artist’s creations between family and friends.

Later in school, art subject was a life-changing experience for the artist, crossing the path from being extremely shy to being a shining star. Winning the hearts of all, witnessing original creativity bloom after the war in 1991 in Kuwait, it is life for the artist never to stop water colouring and exploring mixed media.

Adulthood:

The artist's discovery was a pure chance to display work at the high school art fair in 1998, the first with the general public, which added strong views about the artist and her not-easy-on-eyes artwork.

The fast track toward a complete change from watercolours to acrylics in 2001, inspired by the late Jonas Gerard acrylic artist, was the point of no return.

Interesting facts:

Each art work created with mixed media would never be duplicated or created the same, as the artist uses different methods each time an art work is born.

Accidental beauties made the process of simple colouring a wonder hurting is also part of it sometimes don’t worry, it’s a sweet pain.

Please tell us more about your background and how you began creating art?

Since I was 3 years old loved colors and created art work using all kind of colors, furthermore my parents were talented artists as well whom continued encouraging me to do art, hence I never stopped since.

Self-taught artist is a good phrase to describe my education in art and perhaps living in Kuwait surrounded by talented artists most of my life had that great impact on me to further and develop my sense of expression through colors and media. Travelling and educated my eyes and expertise through visiting museums and art galleries is truly unbiased way to convey what I'm today.

What does your art aim to say to the viewers?

My view of life and pure soul of creativity in colors something must be enjoyed and celebrated in the first glance.

Do you have an essential philosophy that guides you in your creative expression?

Always express freely and don’t be inspired by one form of art

What art marketing activity do you put into practice regularly that works most successfully for you?

Personal display and show one on one gallery which is something worked in the past . now a combination of both web based and social media.

Can you tell us about the process of creating your work? What is your daily routine when working?

Inspire by idea first , prepare all colors media etcr. Wait for a day or two before start the art work  before finishing I keep the art in my mobile as unfinished picture turn the work upside down than finish it.

How much planning goes into each artwork?

It depends, but planning is important unplanned work doesn’t have a chance to finish. I’m a quick painter as my first hand in art is water colours.

What’s the essential element in your art?

Wow factor and originality, which means the eye would see different things each time it views the artwork

In your opinion, what role does the artist have in society?

Just like water, it’s a sign of life and an extension of humanity's big role that needs unique smart people to grasp.

Are there any projects you are currently working on and able to speak about?

Striving to have a personal gallery that is interactive and extremely physical to experience as modern art.
