Luana Stebule
Luana Stebule is an International award - winning artist. Since 2013 she has been living and creating in the United Kingdom. L.Stebule was born in Lithuania in 1962. By the International Art Market Magazine in 2019 artist was selected to be on the Gold List as one of the Top Artists of Today. In 2020 she was awarded with the 3rd International Leonardo Da Vinci Prize and the New York City Prize. Her artworks selected into the Art Anthologies “Important World Artists 2020” and “International Contemporary Masters 2021” Also, paintings included into the Art books “The Great Masters of Contemporary Art 2020” and “Best 2021 Modern and Contemporary Artists. In 2021 Luana was awarded by the Dante Alighieri Prize. In 2022 in New York by the Art Tour International Magazine painter was awarded by the Top 60 Masters Award and Collector’s Choice Award. Her artworks selected into the Art Anthology V Madrid Edition 2022. Also, in 2022 curated by the World of Art Magazine L. Stebule’s paintings selected into the Art book “La Biennale di Venezia 2022” in this book 74 the most influential contemporary artists to watch and collect. In 2023 her artworks published in the Art book “Excellent Art “. Luana Stebule has had 22 solo and 61 group’s exhibitions in Europe: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, France, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, also, in England and the United States. The most recent exhibitions was in Spain, in Madrid the group’s exhibition “Elysian”, curated the Capital Culture House and the exhibition Barcelona Biennale in the European Museum of Modern Art. Also, in 2022 she participated in the group’s exhibitions “Visions” and “Consciousness”with ITSLIQUID GROUP in Venice, also in the same city in the group’s exhibition”We are reversal”, curated by the Musa International Art Space. in May 2022 L.Stebule participated in The Other Art Fair, presented by Saatchi Art, Dallas, US. In the creating process L.Stebule use different medias:oil on canvas, acrylic on canvas, collages, mixed media; watercolors, oil pastels, acrylic on paper. In order to achieve particular expressions she stylize forms of the nature in her unique way. She always is aiming at the resemblance, painter observes nature, people, objects and transferring it into the canvas by signs. Some of Luana’s artworks have elements of pointillism, some surrealism, or Impressionism. The majority of her artworks are multi - layered, combine a number of different aspects of versatility and minimalism, also, painter likes combine calm tones with contrasting saturated hues.
