Elsa Egon
Elsa Egon grew up in Naples (born in 1981). After graduating in architecture, she moved to France.
Self-taught artist, she was used to working with different materials and technics. In 2020 she started to make only oil paintings.
After a first solo exhibition in Naples in 2008, she was a finalist in the 2017 award of 44 ideas for viadellafucina16 in Turin. One of the 40 finalists for the CBM Art Prize led to an exhibition in Turin and then in Prague. The curator, Madja Edelstein-Gomez, selected her work for Les Recombinants presented at Art O Rama.
She participated in the Every Woman Biennial presented in New York at Superchief Gallery NFT in 2021.
